MEM and VMware tuning
Hi,
For our EQL SAN attached to Vsphere hosts/clusters I have followed the advice on this forum re using MEM and tuning VMware params such as delayed ack etc.
Most of our other installs are direct attached fibre MD3620F SANs but we will be having a couple of MS3620i iscsi SAN for some othe deployments. Are the EQL recommendations valid for the MD iscsi environment i.e use MEM etc.

MEM is only for Equallogic SAN setups and not for Powervault (or any other brand/range SANs).
Some of the network related recommendations (flowcontrol, jumbo frames, isolated vlan and/or dedicted switches, etc) are generally a good practice for any and all iSCSI SANs though.
