VCenter 6.0.30100 VSM VASA provider disconnected VSM 4.5.1.700

Had been receiving VASA provider certificate expiration alarms. Researched and found a forum post with a technician stating that these should not affect anything, as the certificate was only important during setup. VCenter restarted as part of update process, and is now listing errors - VASA provider disconnected.

Hello, 

Did you upgrade the version of vCenter?   If so, then the SSL certificate is no longer valid. You could try re-registering the VASA provider. 

Does it show invalid certificate when you look at the VASA provider?   If so, Please open a support case on this.  

 Also try restarting the VSM appliance to see if it reconnects, if you haven't already.
