vSphere 6.0 EqualLogic Mem 1.4

I recently upgraded our vSphere environment from 5.5 to 6.0. Before the upgrade, we updated our EqualLogic and the VMware Intregration tools to the latest firmware version and software version. Prior to upgrading to vSphere 6, our Dell Mem was already on 1.4. After looking at the different version, do I need to uninstall the Dell Mem 1.4 and reinstall the vSphere 6 Dell Mem 1.4 version? I tried just a regular upgrade, but I get a return saying I'm running the latest version.

All in all, is it okay to continue running the "dell-eql-mem-esx5-1.4.0.426823" on esxi 6? Or, Do I need to uninstall to reinstall "dell-eql-mem-esx6-1.4.0.426823"?

Hello,

Yes, you will need to uninstall the version for ESXi v5 and install the one for ESXi v6.  I suspect while it may show that's it's running, I suspect it's not working as it should.
