PV124T
Have a PV124T (LTO-4-120) connected to a Dell R-320 6/E card and it doesn't see it.
Also have a 5/e SAS card, would this work with the R320 and the PV124T? R320 is Windows Server 2012

probably best off with a HBA and not a raid card

No its also a raid card, you want something like this. plus a cable

Here is a link to the support matrix and if you look on page 8 it list out the supported SAS HBA for your R320 server as a 6gbps SAS like the one in the link that tapelibraryfixer posted. http://downloads.dell.com/manuals/all-products/esuprt_ser_stor_net/esuprt_powervault/powervault-124t_reference%20guide_en-us.pdf
