5-in-1 Card reader

I have an issue with my "5-in-1 Memory Card Reader" in notebook Inspiron 6400 (Inspiron E1705 - US equivalent). If I insert a SD memory card inside, this is recognized. I can see pictures on it and I can delete them, but I cann't copy them on my HD or write something on it.
I have two 1GB SD memory cards (PQI) and both appears the same.
Where could be the problem?
When I called Dell support they told me it could be the driver. But I couldn't find a driver for Vista.

If you need to reinstall the drivers, here is a link...just copy and paste... http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=ca&cs=cadhs1& l=en&s=dhs&releaseid=R141246&SystemID=INS_PNT_P4_9400&servicetag =&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=9707&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt= 2&catid=-1&impid=-1&formatcnt=1&libid=27 &fileid=188377

I have reinstaled the driver from link above, but it is still not working. I think it is even worse now. (I can not delete any data).
So the SD card is recognized, but I have no access to pictures, I can only see their names.
FireWire is working well.
