The AC adapter doesn't need a driver. If the system doesn't sense the adapter, try a new Dell adapter - if that isn't sensed either, there's a problem with the power jack or the mainboard itself.
thanks for the reply but I have my problems so when the power supply does not need a driver is why in my Menager devices under battery power supply in there with the Microsoft driver. I have this sometimes even removes and behold laptop went out because there is no power supply because even though he was plugged in, it can not know the Dell laptops Designed to be which is scrap after the power supply and we replaced the dealer needs to Plattine to . renew
So I'm still assuming that there is a strong driver calls the beautiful windows. What is in there with them in the device manager?
