Welcome to the forum. Came upon this by accident but wanted to answer it as I have a M2010 and upgraded to Win7 x64 about a year ago. I and many other 2010 owners with this upgrade also have this driver missing. I know I still do but it has not interfered with any other function. I have not seen an answer to this missing driver and Dell surely will not fix it. Our units are legacy to Dell and we will not get any help.
Am curious if you followed the process for upgrade that is on the forum for the M2010? I did and it worked very well.

This helped me :
but .......... first get yourself a mouse and a keyboard......you'll need them !
Install R142181..........after this, the “ACPI\DEL8010” with tag “Unknown Device” problem is resolved.......but bluetooth won't work anymore
now install R161000, reinstall your bleutooth devices..........and everything is fine.
regards
