Hi TanmayTamhane,
The AMD catalyst control center is the video driver which is essential for the video card on the system. I suppose the driver has gone corrupt and hence you see the error. We need to reinstall the driver. However, I need more info about the issue.
What is the OS installed on the system? When does the error occur exactly? Does the system restart automatically? Does the system overheat? Any bluescreens/crashes?
Restart the system and keep tapping on f12 key and select diagnostics. Run the test and make a note of any errors that you might possibly encounter and reply with the error details.
Download the catalyst control software suite and the beta driver of the latest release for your specific OS from http://www.amd.com/
Uninstall the video drivers from Control Panel -> Programs and Features.
Update the BIOS from support.dell.com - http://dell.to/1Pwntme - enter the service tag and select drivers and downloads and run the BIOS update.
After the system restarts, install the catalyst suite that you have downloaded. If the installation fails for any reason, then uninstall any drivers installed from control panel -> programs and features and restart the system and try installing the beta drivers that you downloaded.
Keep us updated.
