Hi Chikara,

I would suggest you to uninstall both the ‘Intel’ and ‘AMD’ drivers from the system. Restart it and let the operating system install the generic drivers. Then reinstall the Intel driver first and then install the AMD driver. You may refer to the links below:

Intel: http://dell.to/113mooX

AMD: http://dell.to/YQAYDM

Keep me posted with the results. I will be glad to assist you.

No option to remove the Intel ones and the one you linked me is older than the ones i have and asks me if i want to overwrite it. Windows must have done it while setting up the OS.

Currently i have:

Intel DIsplay Audio 6.2.9200.16497

Intel HD Graphics 3000 9.17.10.2932

Hi Chikara,

You may uninstall the display drivers currently installed on the system and install the ‘Windows 8’ OEM drivers. Please follow the steps below:

  • Press ‘Windows’ key + R on ‘Desktop’ screen.
  • Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in run box and press ‘Enter’.
  • Click > sign next to ‘Display Adapters’.
  • Right click the entry listed under ‘Display Adapters’ and click ‘uninstall’.
  • You may download and install the latest drivers from the links below:
  • Intel: http://dell.to/119ngsc
  • AMD: http://dell.to/14tXOCu

Keep me posted with the results. I will be glad to assist further.
