Amber light above mousepad N4110
Today i noticed a solid amber colored light above the mousepad trackpad whatever. The manual does not even identify that this indicator even exists. Computer was locked up, so a hard boot was necessary. Amber light still present. Bluetooth for remote mouse didnt work so I reinstalled software and it works. Amber light still present. No clue but amber lights in general means that something has failed. Don't know what.

Hi joe pah,
When the Touch Pad status light which is lit, which means the touch pad is disabled. Please enable touchpad. On the laptop keyboard press the Fn+ F3 or F3 which will enable the touchpad and the touchpad light will go off.
I hope you find this useful.

Thank you for responding. Your advice makes sense except that the mousepad was enabled and working. I booted the laptop once more and the insufferable Amber Eye finally went out...lol.
If it happens again I'll try your method.
