Anyone know where to get a hinge replacment (metal part not the plastic cover) for the 300m?

Was on the phone with Dell Tech Support, Service, Customer Service, Order, Big Business Account for 4 hours and got nowhere.  Off shore call center is not helping Dell build up Customer Servicing.  This maybe the last time I'm ordering from Dell....   Sorry need to vent!

 

But any places to get this part other than Dell Spare Parts is greatly appreciated.
