Authentec AES2810 and Windows 7

Hi.

I´ve have the same problem descripted above. Exactly.

Any ideas?

Specs: Studio 1735, biometric AES2810, same driver (lastone published on dell´s site), win7 ultimate.

One more: After win7 recognize properly the device, Did I need to install other software to use the fingerprint with webpages and softs?

Una mas: Luego de que win7  reconozca correctamente el dispositivo, ¿Necesito instalar otro software para usar el lector de huellas en páginas web y otros softwares?

Hi.

There is an update on Widows Updat that enable your fingerprint reader to be used with Windows Login. It still is completely useless to be used in webpages or other softwares.

SOLVED

1. I can´t find the upgrade from windows.

2. Still I can´t see my fingerprint reader hardware in the "biometric devices" category in control panel.

3. I install DigitalPersona 4.11 and everything works fine, now I can login the session with my finger and use on softs and webpages (But not with Opera browser yet, snif)

DigitalPersona come installed in my notebook from factory.

Note: I find on the web de 4.0 versión, in spanish, and is incompatible with win7, but if you install that and then upgrade from the program it downloads the 4.11 versión that is fully compatible.

SOLUCIONADO 1. No puedo encontrar la actualización de Windows.

2. Todavía no puedo ver mi dispositivo lector de huellas in la categoría "dispositivos biométricos" del panel de control.

3. Instale DigitalPersona 4.11 y todo funcionó bien, ahora puedo ingresar a la sesión con mi dedo y usar otros programas y páginas web (Pero no con el navegador Opera todavía, snif)

DigitalPersona vino instalado de fábrica en mi notebook.

Nota: Encontré en la web la versión 4.0, en españo, y es incompatible con win7, pero si la instalas y luego actualizas desde el programa el baja la versión 4.11 que es completamente compatible.

por favor necesito el driver de la huella digital de mi laptop XPS 1330 le he instalado el windows 8 y no he podido hacerlo funcionar
