BIOS password was set on a Vostro 3560 and it doesn't appear to be the same as what I remember setting it as
I understand that you could reset the password or change it to a master password...

You must place a voice phone call to Dell support. Be prepared with your registration details (name/address/phone number of registered owner) and if the system is out of warranty, with a credit card - the call is not free of charge unless the system warranty is in place.
