BIOS Admin Password unknown
BIOS password was set on a Vostro 3560 and it doesn't appear to be the same as what I remember setting it as
I understand that you could reset the password or change it to a master password...
The machine is a month old so its in warranty and its details are as follows:
SYS DISABLE 3298F8F22F47D21F
SERVICE TAG
Can you let me know if you need any further details, and I can message you these?

You must place a voice phone call to Dell support. Be prepared with your registration details (name/address/phone number of registered owner) and if the system is out of warranty, with a credit card - the call is not free of charge unless the system warranty is in place.
