Same problem for me. I bought a 7537 a few weeks ago with 8.1 already installed. I can't find a way to turn on the keyboard light. As the product is currently advertised on the Dell web-site with a backlit keyboard it is very frustrating to find an advertised feature not working!
Having done a bit of internet searching, and this problem looks ages old and without a solution?
