When quize corroborate (and now I did it again) the latest BIOS update on the Dell website, the A11 I figure for this notebook model, the A10 seems to me like the last update for this Notebook. I put the Link
If you can see to the left, this whole list of the BIOS and which were updated ... I see the A11 ...
Answering your questions ...
- The problem is with the battery. No charge. The adapter works perfectly because by not charging the battery, the notebook is running only with the adapter without the battery is placed.
- There is another problem with the system. Only the problem of battery charge. The whole system works perfectly with the adapter connected.
In short, I have a big question of what is the correct Bios!
Thanks DELL-Appu S for trying to help me solve my problem from day one.
Now this way I see the last BIOS update is A11.
So now I generates another question, as the Notebook has installed this version ... Because I can not charge my battery? For me the charge indicator flashes yellow constantly and not let me charge the battery?
Thank you for your response. Please try the following steps:
Check the AC Adapter in BIOS:
Power off the computer
Restart the computer, tap F2 on the Dell logo
Check the ‘AC Adapter’ status if it shows ‘Unknown/Not Detected’
Alternately, check the battery health.
Right click on the battery icon on the taskbar
Choose ‘Dell Health Meter’
Click on ‘Battery Health’ tab
Examine the information shown in the window. If the battery needs to be replaced, a red icon will be shown along with a message confirming that the battery is no longer able to hold a sufficient charge
If you cannot see 'Battery Health Meter' option, then install 'Dell Quickset' from the link http://dell.to/UZUmso

Hi JuanMa Quemero,
Do you have any issue with the battery or the AC adapter?
Do you have any other issues with the system?
BIOS cannot be updated without the battery and the AC adapter. To update BIOS:
The latest BIOS version available for XPS L502x is A11. Click on the link to download the latest BIOS http://dell.to/SRZEKV
Please reply if you have any questions.

Thank you very much for trying to help always solving my problem.
I'll get in touch with my friend so you can follow the steps and see if that fixes it or not.
No sooner has a response from her or I can go personally to do, I will discuss the results!
