Bios Keep changing Time and date

Hey all, im not sure if this is where to put this but here i go. I've been having problems with my computer, it just freezes at random places, Bios, loading OS, Running OS, sometimes it doesnt recognize my USB mouse, touchpad dont work, but whenever i reboot i get a message saying cannot detect your configuration, run the system configuration hit f2, so i do and go into bios, and only thing i see different is the date is set to like may 16th everytime, i change it back, but next time its back there again. Ive got an Inspirion 8200(i dont seem to get the freezing if i dont plug it into my ac power plug, not sure if that makes sense) but thanks for any help u can give me to my many problems lol
