Bios Version Phoenix ROM Bios Plus version 1.10 A04 Bios Date 20071105000000
sorry, completely computer illiterate....bought the window 7 upgrade for my Dell Insperion 1720 thought I could pop the disk in and go...I get the above error message but that is not an option as un upgrade on the dell window...HELP
