Hi urscute.shruti,

Follow the steps recommended by Rick.

Did this issue begin after reinstalling the Operating system?

Boot into safe mode with networking (Windows 7) (restart the computer and press F8 on Dell logo and select Safemode with networking) and check the status.

Try to run diagnostics on the computer. Restart the computer by holding the FN and Power button simultaneously.Let the diagnostics complete.

Awaiting your response!

Hi Rick,

Thank you for your response.

I run the WhoCrashed and here is the report

Crash Dump Analysis

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Crash dump directory: C:\Windows\Minidump

Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.

On Sun 16-Jun-13 4:18:41 PM GMT your computer crashed

crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp

This was probably caused by the following module: Unknown (0x00000000)

Bugcheck code: 0x7A (0xFFFFF6FC40009860, 0xFFFFFFFFC000009D, 0x62637860, 0xFFFFF8800130C648)

Error: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

Bug check description: This bug check indicates that the requested page of kernel data from the paging file could not be read into memory.

A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error.

Google query: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Conclusion

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

One crash dump has been found and analyzed.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is actually responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

Waiting for your response.

Hi Rajesh,

Thank you for your response.

No I had this problem of blue screen before re-installing the OS too.

That time i contacted with dell customer care. She told me to run diagnostic (by using F12 key).

It didn't showed any problem so she suggested me that your laptop is fine and since now its one year you should re-install the windows.Your problem will be resolved. So I did but still the problem not solved.

As you told i run the diagnostic(by using F12 key) now also its not showing any problem.

I was not able to run diagnostic with FN and power key as u suggested.

Can you please elaborate which status I should check in  Safemode with networking???

As Rick's response i replied with the report please check it.

Waiting for your response...

Thanks and Regards,

Shruti.

Shruti,

Try running the full diagnostics as Rajesh suggested. If it's a hardware issue, the diagnostics should find the problem. Report back any error codes.

This Stop message indicates that the requested page of kernel data from the paging file could not be read into memory. This Stop message is usually caused by a bad block (sector) in a paging file, a virus, a disk controller error, or failing RAM. In rare cases, it is caused when nonpaged pool resources run out. It is also caused by defective hardware.

Start, all programs, accessories, right click on command prompt, left click run as administrator. Type

chkdsk /r

Hit enter, answer with a Y, then restart the computer.

Hi Shruti,

This seems to be an Operating system issue as the hardware diagnostics has passed.

Try to check if the computer crashes in safemode with networking. Restart the computer and tap F8 at Dell logo and select Safemode with networking.

Refer the following link which has steps to resolve the issue:
