Yes ,You're right. Some wireless cards we ship are combo cards(Wireless and Bluetooth).
Either you can replace your wireless card with another one that has Bluetooth inbuilt in it or the easiest way is to buy a USB Bluetooth dongle, plug it into any USB ports and start using Bluetooth feature.
