To connect the Bluetooth headset with the Inspiron N5110, we would first need to make sure if the system has a Bluetooth adapter.

Please do the following steps to check the Bluetooth adapter.

• Click on Start and type in Device Manager on the search box.
• Check if you have Bluetooth Radio listed on the Device Manager.
• If you don’t have the Bluetooth listed, please press the Fn and F2 keys together to enable the Bluetooth.

Once the Bluetooth is enabled, we will need to pair the headset with the laptop. Please follow the steps below to pair the headset.

• Click Start, go to Control Panel.
• Go to Devices and Printers.
• In case Nokia is already listed as a Bluetooth headset; right click and delete it.
• Click on the Bluetooth icon on the system tray located on the lower right side of the screen, and then choose Add Device.
• Turn on your device (push the call button until the blue light starts to blink).
• Click on Add Device window, Windows 7 should have detected your device.
• Now there can be 2 instances:  It might connect automatically or it may ask for a pair code. You can either type 0000 or any code on the Nokia manual.
• This should get it connected.
• Once it is connected if you are not getting any sound, you need to go to Control Panel and then onto the Sound tab; click on "Headset Earphone" and set it as the default device.
