Bluetooth is not finding any devices

Question

I purchased dell Inspiron 3520 with Linix OS. i formatted and installed Windows 7 home premium. downloaded and installed all driver files from dell website. no device is unidentified in the device manager. everything is fine except the blue tooth. Device manager shows bluetooth as working and i can click the bluetooth icon in system tray. but strange thing is it wont detect any Bluetooth devices. another issue i observed is that when i try to install a Dell device driver for blue tooth it will generate an error message 'Activate Bluetooth Using Wireless Switch'. i tried FN +F2 key but it works with wireless only. i tried PC health checkup utility . and all kind of checking. checked bios whether Bluetooth is disabled. i could not find option to enable bluetooth. tried windows update. nothing gave a fruitfull solution. any help from community members will be highly appreciated.

Inspiron 3520 is normally shipped with Dell 1703 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 Half Mini Card and Dell 1704 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 Half Mini Card. Please ensure that the correct drivers are installed. Find the links for both the wireless cards below.

thank you . now its working. and my issues are resolved. i think the drivers provided in website ( fr this model)  is not correct .
