Bluetooth is not showing any device
Whenever I start wireless connection using Fn+F2 wifi starts normally but bluetooth is not working. Bluetooth is on and keep searching and searching but can't find any device or found by any device.
I think in PC Setting > Network > Airplane Mode there should be Wifi and Bluetooth ON/OFF option. But there's only wifi availabe and its working fine. But no option for Bluetooth.
N.B: I have tried "Bluetooth Support Service" method. But unfortunately its not starting. I'm not sure at first when i try the method the Service is already running or not. But now its showing off i'm getting 1079 error msg.
current status-
Bluetooth support service > properties > description: The Bluetooth service supports discovery and association of remote Bluetooth devices. Stopping or disabling this service may cause already installed Bluetooth devices to fail to operate properly and prevent new devices from being discovered or associated.

This issue happens usually on Windows 8 and Windows 10 when Bluetooth driver is installed but Bluetooth software is missing.
If You go to Dell webside (find your laptop using service tag) in drivers section choose network and there you should find bluetooth driver + software (choose your brand of wireless). It should be big size file.
Download it and install. It should fix Your issue
