Hello and good morning

Are they the exact same length?

Are they both 1333Ghz, 1600Ghz?

They may be "apples and oranges."

One is DDR-3 and the other is DDR3-L -- generally it's not a good idea to mix the two in the same system.

On newer systems (Haswell and Broadwell) you need DDR3L anyway - DDR3 isn't supported.  The same will be the case with Skylake CPUs, assuming any notebooks are released using Skylake with DDR3 -- most will support DDR4 only.

Hello and good morning

I have (4) 4GB 1600Mhz DDR3 that are 5 1/2" long in a Precision T5600. I know that you have a laptop and not a desktop but how long are the 4GB Memory Modules?
