Cannot move trackpad and use keyboard at the same time
Received my new Inspiron 15 5520 earlier today and I really liked it.
But I am unable to type on the keyboard and have the trackpad being moved at the same time. This makes it impossible to play some games. How can I fix this? If there's any other information I can provide, please let me know!

Hi jbrowne978,
I would suggest you to try these steps to get the issue fixed.
1: Update the latest drivers for touchpad and below is the link to download the touchpad drivers.

2: Turn off the palm check on the touchpad settings and below is the steps to go to touchpad settings.
1: Click Start ->Control Panel->Hardware and Sound.
2: Double Click Dell Touchpad to open the application.
If this issue does not get fixed by those steps then let us know what games you are using.

This hasn't solved the problem.
The game I am mainly having the problem with is Minecraft, its impossible to play with this issue!

Hi jbrowne978,
Can you please provide me more detail description of the issue that you are facing?
Try to open notepad and see if you are able to use touchpad and keyboard the same time.
Also try to use an external mouse and see if it works.
