Catalyst Control Center
Hi
I have had to do a clean install on my inspiron 15r SE. The laptop came with catalyst control centre pre downloaded but everytime I go to the amd website and download it, it says it downloads but nothing shows up. In the uninstall programms it shows as AMD catalyst install manager in the list but I cannot find it in windows 8 anywhere.
Also the laptop came with 15 month subscription to mcafee and some dvd software. I downloaded dell digital recovery but when I boot it up it says that all my software is up to date with nothing to download.
Can anyone help

Hi,
Welcome to the Community. Press the F8 key at the Dell Logo, select safe mode and log on, go to control panel, programs and features, and uninstall AMD Catalyst Center. Click on start, right click on computer, click on properties, click on device manager, click on the symbol next to Display Adapters, right click on the AMD video card and click on uninstall, check the box to remove the software as well. Restart your system normally. Once restarted, click on the below link to download and install the driver.
