It is not recommended to remove a single key and clean it. You will need to remove the keyboard and clean it. Please refer to the Owner's Manual for instructions on removing and reseating the hardware components. Please follow the safety guidelines.
Note: Removing and reseating the hardware components does not void the hardware warranty. However, if any hardware is damaged while removing and reseating the hardware component yourself, it will not be covered under system's hardware warranty.
My recommendation would be to get in touch with a professional if you are not comfortable doing so to avoid any kind of damage to the system. Hope this helps. Please reply if you have any questions.
Glad I was able to help. Also, if your system has Accidental Damage Service warranty, then please share the system's Service Tag and Owner's Name with me via private message (click my username and then click Start Conversation), I'll assist you to get the system serviced.
You may read the PDF from the link http://dell.to/13kbq5z to know more about this warranty. Please reply if you have any questions.
Thanks. I not sure I have accidental damage service warranty, just have 1 year warranty. By the way, they had fixed it. It works fine now. Thanks again.

Thanks. Since it does not void the warranty, i will take it to computer shop and let the pros do it.
