Is the solid state drive (SSD) detected by the BIOS setup (f2 at powerup)?
If not, you'll need a new one.
Example:

im going to have a look in pc world tomorrow, and will it need all the programs installing on it ie will it restore the factory settings or will i need driver disk and operating system disk.
You'll need an OS disc and the drivers. The mini 910s didn't ship with a quick restore.
