You can access the Dell Driver Download page below. The drivers will also work with Windows 7 32 bit OS. You can choose your driver from the page, click the compatability portion to verify windows 7 32 bit.
Her link takes you to the driver and download page for 64 bit Windows 7. There you should select your wireless card (you never told us what one you have and as the Dells are slightly customisable, there is variation in the wireless card).
So you pick the correct one under network. I will use the WLAN 1520 as an example. You click on the driver name.
You then go to compatibility and you see Windows 7 32 bit and Windows 7 64 bit. i.e. most of the Windows 7 64 bit drivers are compatible with Windows 7 32 bit for this model as Jesse said.
If you have Windows 7 32 bit then you may use the product key from that media with an appropriate 64 bit .iso or DVD, thus you can install 64 bit Windows 7 using your key if you wish. I have links below for English, French, German and Spanish but not Korean. You should be able to find them somewhere however.
