DST Log contains previous error(s).(error code 0146)

Hi,

I had just run the dell diagonostic routine on my laptop inspiron M5010 and i am getting weired message of

DST Log contains previous error(s).on hard drive test.

Prior to that i just wiped out my whole drive using dell debug script

then, reinstalled windows 7 on my laptop 

and after that i run the dell diagonostic routine which gives me above error

so that I run chkdsk on my laptop looking for bad sector

but it comes with clean hard drive, whats the meaning of above error??

Also is there is any other way to clear the diagnostics log from system??
