Defective Computer
I am a loyal Dell customer. I purchased multiple computers over the past 10 years. For the first time, my most recent purchase is defective. I have called and spoken to representatives that have not been helpful. I have not owned this computer for 1 year. I am upset at the customer service that I have received. When I purchased this laptop I expected that it would work. My computer did not work from the very beginning. I need help!!!

In the meantime, I'd suggest you run diagnostic tool to check the hardware on system by following steps below:
1. Power off system
2. Power on system, quickly tap the F12 key continuously until you see Preparing one time boot menu in the top right corner of the screen. In the boot menu, stroll down to Diagnostic and then click it. After quick tests, click on Hard Drive and then Thorough Test Mode. Run Memory as well. Report back any error code.

Please list exactly your Dell model number and version of windows. Ex: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
If you don't know, type msinfo32 onto the search box and then look for system model
Also post the problems you're experiencing with the system.
