Dell 1545 585 CPU upgrade

Is anyone else having this issue?  I've been searching all over the net... I have a Dell 15 (1545) laptop, Intel gm65 chipset, 0g848f motherboard.  I decided I'd upgrade my CPU myself by going on ebay after doing a little research and with the help of SiSoft Sandra.  My stock CPU is the Intel Celeron M 585 SLB6L 2.16/1M/667 Merom core.  So, thinking ok apparently I can go up to Intel Core 2 Duo with this mobo, I found one on ebay for 20 bucks altogether with s&h.  It is the Intel Core 2 Duo T7300.  2.0/4M/800.  (oh yes, made sure that was a merom core as well).  Now before I swapped out the old cpu for the new one, I made sure I had the latest BIOS A14 for my system and then shut down, and plopped the new chip in.  Then I get **Processor Microcode Update Failure** This revision of processor not supported by system. press F1 to continue or F2 for setup.  well I went into setup and all looked fine, noticed the processor was listed in there all fine and dandy, so I exited that, and hit F1 to continue.  Windows 7 32-bit booted up just fine, picked up the new processor and did a restart, same crap press F1 to continue.  My WEI went from 4.3 to 5.1 on processor and 4.8 to 5.1 on RAM.  So my question is can somebody please tell me how to get rid of that annoying error message every time I start up the computer?  I'm assuming it has to be a BIOS problem since nothing else seems to be wrong, even ram CPU-Z and Sandra after the upgrade and all looked good, no errors that I could see.  Just is a nuisance.  and I have tried updating the bios again and again, even with different dell system bioses, which didn't work, but I gave it a shot.
