Try this it worked on my system
Chipset_Driver_V8P24_WN_9.4.0.1026_A00.EXE | Update Package for Microsoft® Windows® (12 MB)

I'm having the same issue as well on my Dell XPS 13 (9333), need drivers from Dell or Intel ASAP! Also missing rapid start drivers from Intel. Intel is slow to the game here!
