Dell E5510 RAM upgrade problems
Hi,
I purchased a set of 2x 4GB 1333 Corsair, then a set Geil RAM. Neither of which are having any luck with my laptop. When attempting to boot with either set installed, it will either completely lock up, or reboot. Live environment boot CD's do not work either.
A set of 2x 2GB Hynix RAM modules are currently working fine.
BIOS is set to legacy mode, with version A15 installed (latest).

Hello R3min,
The type of memory supported by Latitude E5510 is DDR3 1066MHz SDRAM. Please ensure you get the correct type of memory. You may get the 8GB memory kit here.
