Hi windowstoweb,

Did you just reinstall Windows on your computer?

If you have, then you need to install the drivers in the correct order, or some devices may not install properly. You can check the link: http://dell.to/vQAp1f to know the installation of drivers in correct order.

You can install audio driver for your computer from the link: http://dell.to/V3nzFc

Steps to download driver:

  • Click on “Download File”.
  • Select “For Single File Download via Browser”.
  • Click on “Download Now”.
  • Save the driver on your desktop.
  • Once the driver is downloaded on the desktop, right click on it and select “Run as administrator”.
  • Follow the prompts on screen and restart your computer.

See if it works. If the issue still persists, you can try installing the driver: http://dell.to/WztykE and check if it works.

Please share the findings.

Hi there... your topic helped me, although I must admit the last link ( http://dell.to/WztykE ) is the one that worked out for me.

I wonder if those are the older drivers? Why  the most recent version wouldn't work?

Thanks! Happy new year.
