The battery may or may not be depending on what you have.
The CPU is a socket M 400 MHz only - 2.1 GHz is as far as you can go; these haven't been made in years - so you'll be looking at the used market.
I woudn't put more than $100 into this system - it's limited no matter what you upgrade and isn't worth much more than that - even a new $400 notebook will blow it away in performance.

Whats' the name of the CPU I can use to upgrade it to 2.1 GHz?
The battery I have is standard with the laptop.
