Dell Inspiron 1545 reboot problems...

Sry, jux need some more help again. First I already posted a problem with my dell and i needed to buy a new hard drive, which I did. Now I took out the old hard drive, replaced it with the new one and used my dvds to reinstall everything back, but after all that my laptop still wont start up. I ran a diagnostics test everything was fine, no problems found. Then I did a startup repair and it said, "if you have recently attached a device to this computer, such as a camera or portable music player, remove it and restart your computer." So, I don't know what the problem is, I did jux bought a new battery and charger, but I dont think thats the problem. Any help or suggestion would be great, otherwise I may jux have to buy a new laptop, which I dont really want to cuz I like my dell laptop. Thanks.
