Hello Jarcaro,

To help you further with the issue, I would request you help me with few details.
-- Since when are you facing this issue?
-- Was there any changes on the computer?
-- Does the Bluetooth driver  show up in device manager?
To access device manager,  Click Start, Control panel and open Device Manager.
You may also update the Bluetooth drivers  from the following link: 
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/inspiron-530?driverId=DGP2T&osCode=WV64&fileId=2731104170

Hello Allan,

I realized that it was not there after having the computer rebooted.

Yes, it says driver not installed code 28

I have an Inspirion 530 desktop

Hi Jarcaro,

Thank you for replying, since you have mentioned that the Bluetooth  driver was not installed, I would suggest re-installing the Bluetooth driver from the following link: http://dell.to/QjjZDA
-- Enter the System Service Tag.
-- Choose the Operating System.
-- Download and install the drivers for the computer.
