I have spokn to Dell technical support...they keep on telling me that you need to get the warranty extension pack before you get the keyboard.

But I just need the keyboard...I know I can get it from third party..but I want to buy it from Dell as it will be cheaper.

Don't count on Dell being less expensive than the third party suppliers - very often they're significantly more expensive.

But the no you provided is not for India..

and the website too ships easily in USA but ships to India with very high charges.

I would like to have a Indian Contact no for Dell..
