Dell Inspiron mini 10 Battery and Adapter Problem
Hi One and All,
Sateesh here, I am Laptop User of Dell Inspiron Mini 10 from past 15 Years , My Issue is My Mini Laptop Battery is not Working Properly , i am not able to resolve whether i am having problem with Battery or Adapter. when i will connect with charger and Adapter , light will start Blinking as Red and Battry low, Battery is not charging a All, Could you please suggest me solution

First thing to check is that the system recognizes the AC adapter (F2 at powerup to get in and check). If it does not, try a new OEM Dell adapter first -- if that doesn't cure the recognition issue, it's either the power jack or mainboard that is faulty (same thing, essentially as the jack is part of the mainboard).
If the adapter IS recognized, remove the battery. If the flashing stops, it's likely the battery is bad. If it does not, it's the charge circuit -- in one case, replace the battery; in the other, replace the mainboard.
