Dell Latitude e6410 overheats the graphics card after replacing thermal paste and thermal strip

I gone to service center to replace thermal paste and thermal strip but after that my laptop still have high temperature (over 70 ° C) on GPU and chipset under no load. What can I do with this?

Please run a system diagnostics and capture any error message or code you receive. Do you fell the fan spinning?

Seems like the heat-sink assembly might have to be replaced.
