TPM is the Trusted Platform Module (security hardware built into the mainboard).  If you don't have it enabled (in BIOS setup), you may see these errors.

If you choose to enable it, KEEP THE PASSWORD SAFE.  If you lose it, you could conceivably lose not only all your data, but end up having to replace the mainboard as well if you want to use the system.

Unless you are running BitLocker hard drive encryption or software that utilizes the TPM for authentication or security, there is no reason to enable/activate the TPM in the BIOS. The error messages are meaningless (albeit annoying) in this case and only indicate that the affected services did not start. If you enable the TPM and change the start process of TPM Base Services to "Automatic" the error notices will go away; however, doing this adds unused background services to your RAM, which will slightly slow booting and performance.
