Thank you for providing detailed diagnostics codes. I recommend you to shut the system down, remove all external peripherals, battery and disconnect the ac adapter, press and hold the power button for 20 to 30 seconds.  Now connect only the ac adapter and wait for 30 seconds and turn on the system. This will drain any residual charge in the capacitors. Now check if the system turns on.

If the mute button is still steady with volume up and volume down multimedia buttons flashing, I suspect the memory modules are not getting detected.  I recommend you to reseat the memory modules.

In case the issue persists, I suggest that you remove the memory from both the slots, try turning on the system with one memory in one slot only at a time. Check the same with the other slot and the other memory stick. Check with which memory or which slot the multimedia buttons flashes.  This will help in isolating which slot or which memory stick is faulty. If both the memories are working fine, then the issue may be with the memory slot.
