Dell Vostro 1015 drivers for Windows Xp
Hello,
I have recently installed enterprise version of windows Xp on my Dell Vostro 1015 laptop.
But, I am struggling to install the drivers on it. I tried to install drivers from the site : http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?os=WW1&catid=-1&dateid=-1&impid=-1&osl=EN&typeid=-1&formatid=-1&servicetag=&SystemID=VOS_N_1015&hidos=WLH&hidlang=en&TabIndex=&scanSupported=False&scanConsent=False
I am not able to install audio, network, wifi and webcam drivers present here.
Request you to kindly provide assistance.
Thanks and regards,
Shantesh

Did you install the drivers in the proper order?

Thanks once again.
I will do so as instructed by you. The only query remaining is in few places there are more then one driver present, in that case which is to be installed?
Also, do i also need to install all?
The laptop I am using is Dell Vostro 1015.
Thanks and regards,
Shantesh

Yes, the order is vital. Go back, reload Windows and apply at least Service Pack 2. Then install the Dell notebook system software, Intel chipset driver and then reboot and install the other drivers (for which the order is not critical).

For network, video, etc., there were likely multiple options at purchase. You'll need to identify which hardware you have (support.dell.com, enter your service tag and choose "original configuration".)

Thanks for a reply.
I just dowloded all drivers and installed randomly.
Is the order important? If yes, How do I remove the installed ones like chipset and video, which are the only two which got installed.
In meanwhile, I will try to go through link you have sent across.
Thanks and regards,
Shantesh

But, I was WiFi or network driver seems to have gone wrong and is not getting activated somehow. Can you please suggest the next course of action for my laptop which is DELL Vostro 1015 with Windows Xp build.
