Dell XPS 13 Fan Noise

Hi guys!!

I have one XPS 13 and the fan make noise. Is too noisy. I have updated to Windows 10 recently and I'm reading this about the fan noise fix:

Is compatible this FILE.EXE with my Windows 10?
