I downloaded the Windows version of ooVoo from its website and began the installation with no problem. Suggest you include the model name of your laptop, the operating system you use, and which file choices ooVoo offers you (the full error message).
Welcome to the Community. I suggest you first check if its completely uninstalled from your computer. Click on start, control panel, programs and features and uninstall a program, Select oovoo, and click on uninstall.
I was able to download this program, without it asking me to select a file, it just installed automatically. I used the below link.
