Dell inspiron N5010 error code 2000-0146 and error code 2000-0413

Hello, I have these problem for my computer when I do the pre-boot system assesment build 4129 test. I still can operate my computer. I already re install, but it still automatic restart sometime, and will display the blue screen and display the error kernel-data-inpage-error. Please show me what i should do to fix this computer, thank you. Leanh
