Hi, I have a Dell latpot that I 've just bought last month but it does not render well websites with too many effects. For exampe the website of my company does not open on it, it takes like "forever"... Does anyone know how could I optimize my dell laptop to open it? In my HP notebook (which is 3 yeares old) my company's website opens fine!

Hi marcelopio,

Please let me know the system model, operating system and web browser you are using. If the issue is with the loading Java scripts in browser, please follow the steps mentioned in this link: http://bit.ly/6cPwhE

Awaiting your response!

Hi marcelopio,

I would suggest you to install the latest Flash Player. Please refer to the link: http://dell.to/13BWsTM.

You may try using the internet explorer to open the website. Please share the system model and the wireless card installed. You may follow the steps below:

  • Press ‘Windows’ key + R on ‘Desktop’ screen.
  • Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in run box and press ‘Enter’.
  • Click > sign next to ‘Network adapters’.

Keep me posted with the information. I will be glad to assist further.
