Getting error running bios upgrade , driver R301502 get"Dell Computer Flash Bios Upgrade has stopped working"

Old but someone might find it usefull:-
I had this on mine going from A7 to A13
Could only get it to work by removing all but 1 GB of Ram in a single SODIMM next to the motherboard.
