I will suggest you to uninstall the drivers for the graphics from the ‘Device Manager’ and then reinstall the drivers. The steps to uninstall the drivers are:
Press ‘Windows’ key + R on ‘Desktop’ screen
Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in run box and press ‘Enter’
In ‘Device Manager’, click > sign next to ‘Display Adapters’ to expand the option.
Right click on the entry for Graphic card and click on ‘Uninstall’
To install the drivers, click on the link http://dell.to/15SXUrS and select the operating system from the drop down.
If you have the both the Intel and AMD cards, install the Intel Graphics driver first and then install the AMD driver.
Keep me updated with the results. I will be glad to assist you further.

Wow! Thank you so very much. This fixed my problem. Do you have any idea how this problem may have occurred in the first place?
