DirectX Runtime version and supported version

Question

I'm running a Dell 7737 wuth Intel (R) HD Graphics 4440 I just noticed the DirectX Version install is 12.0 and the Hardware Support Version is 11.1 Will this cause any issues ?  Reason I am asking is my laptop freezes now and again when playing games ?  Cheers in advance

Only Windows 10 supports Dx12. Moreover, HD4440 is not compatible with Dx12. I'd advice a roll back.
